Here We Go

So, for previous readers of my blogs, I'm hoping this one will be a bit different. You should already be able to tell a bit of a difference in just my writing style from my previous posts. The hope is that this will be a blog that people will want to read, not just a random spattering of useless information. Please feel free to comment - actually feel MORE than free! The Answer Was Clear

I knew the answer to that question. I had a good job, but it wasn't what I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing. I'm just not a fundraiser. And living in Saskatchewan isn't how I want to spend the rest of my life. Perhaps I'll come back here, but I need some time to explore the world.

The Realization

When I was in school, I couldn't wait to get out into the working world. When I got there, it didn't take long for the realization to hit - the work world isn't all it's cracked up to be. There's no more light at the end of the tunnel in 4 years. This is the rest of your life. So I began to question whether I really wanted to do what I was doing for the next 50 years until retirement.

The Beginning

It really all began with a general restlessness about my life. Nothing quite seemed to fit. So, something had to be done. The question was...what?
