Starches and Flours

They are very, VERY boring to study. I'm really trying. I have been for at least 3 days. I just keep falling asleep reading my notes.

I have a test on Chocolates and on Flour/Starches. The chocolate part I can at least read through without falling asleep. But I just don't CARE how flour is milled.
